Stage Skills: A Performance & Memorization Workshop

This will be a very unique experience for you, poet! This will be a workshop facilitated by Leah V in a creative studio with movable tables, chairs and a wall mirror. You will not come here to just take notes & be talked at! We will discuss our stage fears and share tactics & strategy on how to memorize & how to recover, how to best utilize your body, mic , eyes & space while performing your poetry, & more! There will be group time, solo time, & mirror practice time, all of which will be facilitated by a seasoned performer who has featured throughout the country & beyond.
